Winsor & Newton Watercolour Artist's Box

A wonderful Victorian mahogany artist's box, with original key. By Winsor & Newton, manufacturer and suppliers of artists' requisites.

The box includes a selection of watercolours, brushes, a mixing bowl and two ceramic palettes. Circa 1890. Also comes with a wooden artist's palette.

Winsor & Newton were the recipients of Queen Victoria's first royal warrant that she granted to them in 1841.
