An unusually proportioned, sturdy trunk with well patinated leather, original striped ticking interior and cast brass fittings. The trunk features 4-lever cast brass locks, brass corner supports and copper rivets. The original ticking lining is in place but the trunk could be re-lined if required. Circa 1880.
