Car tyre shaped blown glass decanter with cut glass' tread’ detailing and silver 'wheel’ stopper. Engraved with an amusing play on words "When Tyred, Scotch". Rubbed maker's mark for Hukin & Heath and hallmarked Birmingham 1915. Also has registered design number stamped into the silver. Made during the early years of motoring, when there were not many vehicles on the roads and drink-driving was viewed somewhat differently!
