DELIVERY
Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the date of despatch. Bentleys is not responsible for delays caused by the shipper or by customs clearance.

We offer free shipping on orders over £100 for full price orders.
We only ship with trusted third party carriers.

Orders under £100 cost:
• UK £10
• EU £20
• US £30
• ROW £35


Estimated delivery times for OBJECTS + TRUNKS:

UK 2-3 working days

Europe 3-6 working days

US 3-10 working days

Rest of World 5-10 working days


Estimated delivery times for FURNITURE, LARGER and FRAGILE ITEMS:

Furniture, larger or particularly fragile items may be shipped freight with delivery expected within 4-6 weeks.

UK Delivery 
We would ask you to be available to sign for your order. If unavailable you may need to rearrange the delivery.

International Delivery
Subject to confirmation and international law.
International delivery outside of the European Union may incur import duties, taxes and handling fees in the destination country and as such are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid for by the customer.

Cites 
Items covered by CITES regulations require bespoke shipping if delivery is outside the EU. Please contact us to discuss bespoke shipping options.

Shipping costs will be covered by Bentleys but the additional costs of CITES documentation and clearance will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Express shipping 
Express delivery or special delivery requirements should be requested by contacting us to discuss bespoke options. These shipping specifications will incur additional charges, which will be clearly explained to the customer.

 

**In exceptional circumstances, or for unusually large or heavy items, Bentleys reserves the right to enforce a collection only policy. This will be clearly set out to the customer at the time of order. In such a situation, we can provide advice and help to arrange the work’s delivery if requested, but ultimate shipping responsibility will lie with the customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR CONSUMERS 
The following clause only applies if you are a consumer.

Upon receipt of your order, please unpack and inspect your items as soon as possible.

Consumers are entitled to return any items purchased online for a full refund within 14 days of receiving physical possession of the works.

In this situation, the customer should notify Bentleys of their decision to return the order within the 14 day time period. The cost of the return delivery is to be borne by the customer and the items should be returned to Bentleys in original packaging, and in the same condition as when despatched by us, within a further 14 days from the date of notification. Any deterioration in condition may affect the customer’s right to a full refund.

The items will remain the responsibility of the customer until physically received by Bentleys. Returns are not accepted for items bought in store. Customers should satisfy themselves about the products purchased before submitting an order, as all in store sales are final.

The cost of the return delivery is to be borne by the customer. The works should be returned to Bentleys in the same condition as when despatched from us, within a further 14 days from the date of notification. Any deterioration in condition may affect the customer’s right to a full refund. The works will remain the responsibility of the customer until they are physically received by Bentleys.

If there are any issues with the condition of your item(s) upon receipt, please send detailed photographic evidence to us by email at shop@bentleyslondon.com. We will aim to respond as quickly as possible and within 48 hours.

Bespoke and Personalised Items
Please note that items that have been personalised (Embossed, engraved, initialled or Custom Made) or ordered Bespoke cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Items bought in Store
Returns are not accepted for items purchased in store. Customers should satisfy themselves about the items before purchasing, as all in store sales are final.

Trade customers are not permitted to return items once they have been dispatched and should satisfy themselves about the items before submitting an order, as all sales are final.
