A lovely crocodile skin jewellery box with green velvet interior, brass catch (no key) and sprung hinged folding tray. Circa 1900.

Embossed on the front lip with patent number and the maker B.H.S.A Ltd; a renowned case and box maker operating from the 1880’s onwards.

Dimensions: 30.5 cm/12 inches (width) x 18.75 cm/7⅜ inches (depth) x 9.5 cm/3¾ inches (height).
