An unusual Russian silver cigarillo/cigarette case made in heavy gauge, satin finish silver with beautifully gilded interior. Has pre-revolution stamped silver marks, featuring the standard 84 zolotnik silver grade oval mark indicating the traditional Tsarist Russian silver standard equivalent of 875 silver purity. Also has a Cyrillic maker's mark reading СПАВЛОВ (S. Pavlov), a silversmith active during the late Imperial Russian period.
