Victorian English leather cigar case with match striking plate fixed to one end. Expands for differing lengths of cigar. Circa 1860.

Dimensions (when closed fully): 13.5 cm/5⅜ inches (length) x 7 cm/2¾ inches (width) x 3.25 cm/1¼ inches (thick).

Will take up to two cigars with maximum diameter of 2.25 cm/in excess of 52 ring gauge and expands to take a maximum cigar length of 20 cm/7⅞ inches.
