A wonderful 1970's cigar ashtray by Asprey. The ashtray is veneered in Tiger's Eye, a gemstone that is a member of the quartz family of rocks that polishes to a silky luster.
This mineral is great for decorative pieces due to the fact that it is relatively hard,
Tigers Eye typically includes strips, lines and veins of colour in beautiful shades of honey, rich yellow and golden brown.
