Crocodile Skin Fitted Box

A delightful Victorian crocodile skin covered fitted box containing hall marked silver fittings (London 1896) with engine turned decoration comprising; pair of hair brushes, comb, clothes brush and a pair of jars/small bottles. Matching engine turned decoration to the gilt metal catch and lock escutchion. The drop down flap in the lid is velvet lined and has fastenings to hold collar/shirt studs, tie pins and cufflinks. It also has a pocket containing a vanity mirror.
