Mid Size Tan Leather Suitcase

A fine Brachers of Bristol and Cardiff suitcase c1900 in veg-tanned, heavy-gauge, hand-stitched cow-hide.
This is a good example of their superb luggage, the best of British craftsmanship. The case has been well used and has developed a lovely honey-toned, natural patina with the leather in super condition. The top-grade, hand-cast brass locks both function well but one has numerous dents in the brass and a twist to the lock from an old repair (as shown in the photos). The handle is particularly strong and serviceable.
