An unusual antique cigar case made in silver, to the same design as many of the leather cases. Meaning that the case can expand to accommodate differing lengths of cigar. Lovely quality with the case made of a decent gauge of silver and hallmarked London 1900. Maker's mark for Horace Woodward & Co Ltd.
Dimensions (when fully closed): 12 cm/4¾ inches (length) x 9 cm/3½ inches (width) x 2.25 cm/⅞ inch (thick). Will take up to four cigars with maximum diameter of 1.6 cm/40 ring gauge and expands to take a maximum length of 17.75 cm/7 inches.
