Shipping policy
DELIVERY
We offer free shipping on orders over £100 for full price orders.
Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the date of despatch. Bentleys is not responsible for delays caused by the shipper or by customs clearance.
We only ship with trusted third party carriers.
Orders under £100 cost:
• UK £10
• EU £20
• US £30
• ROW £35
Estimated delivery times for OBJECTS + TRUNKS:
UK – 2-3 working days
Europe – 3-6 working days
US – 3-10 working days
Rest of World – 5-10 working days.
Estimated delivery times for FURNITURE, LARGER and FRAGILE ITEMS:
Furniture, larger or particularly fragile items may be shipped freight with delivery expected within 4-6 weeks.
UK Delivery
We would ask you to be available to sign for your order. If unavailable you may need to rearrange the delivery.
International Delivery
Subject to confirmation and international law.
International delivery outside of the United Kingdom may incur import duties, taxes and handling fees in the destination country and as such are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid for by the customer.
CITES
Items covered by CITES regulations require bespoke shipping if delivery is outside the UK. Please contact us to discuss bespoke shipping options.
Shipping costs will be covered by Bentleys but the additional costs of CITES documentation and clearance will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Express Shipping
Express delivery or special delivery requirements should be requested by contacting us to discuss bespoke options. These shipping specifications will incur additional charges, which will be clearly explained to the customer.
**In exceptional circumstances, or for unusually large or heavy items, Bentleys reserves the right to enforce a collection only policy. This will be clearly set out to the customer at the time of order. In such a situation, we can provide advice and help to arrange the work’s delivery if requested, but ultimate shipping responsibility will lie with the customer.
