Model of the 1957 Ferrari 801, by internationally recognised British model maker Jeff Luff.
This is a 1:12 scale model, hand made in wood, resin and metal of the car that Mike Hawthorn drove at the 1957 German Grand Prix. Jeff Luff's signature is marked on the underside of the car.
Dimensions: 12¾ inches/32.5 cm (approx. length).

Jeff Luff grew up near Goodwood during the 1950s and ‘60s. Forming a lasting impact, many of those cars he saw racing at that time have become the focus of these models. Formally trained as an architect modeller, the bulk of his career has been producing special effects models for film studios, as well as turning his hand to motorsport replicas.
