Large sterling silver asymmetrical triangular concave cufflinks designed, in the 1950s for Georg Jensen, by noted Danish silversmith and jeweller, Henning Koppel.
Hallmarked with a sterling silver import mark and a London date letter for 1979. Also marked 925S Denmark, and the model No. 88.
Dimensions: 3 cm/ 1⅛ inch (length) x 2 cm/ ¾ inch (width) x 1.8 cm/ ¾ inch (depth).
Georg Jensen Model 88 cufflinks were worn by Pierce Brosnan as James Bond in the opening sequence of 'The World Is Not Enough' – a scene regularly cited as a return to form regarding Bond's sartorial elegance.
