Hermès Leather Bag

A rare vintage Hermès travel bag from 1935. Made in a mid tone brown box calf leather with two top handles and a brass Eclair zipper with leather pull (at this time Eclair zippers were used and not Hermès branded ones). The brass lock clasp is stamped Hermès Paris and there is an embossed Hermès Paris stamp on the top of the bag. Internally, the bag is leather lined and has a row of open loops along each side. Comes with later Hermès dust bag given by Hermès when the bag was previously sent back to France for restoration of the zipper.
