Large Engine Turned Silver Plate Cocktail Shaker

A stylish silver plated cocktail shaker with bands of engine turning to the top & cap as well as to the entire body of the shaker, circa 1935. An integral strainer is concealed in the top and the shaker has a one and a half pint capacity. The engine turning to the exterior provides additional grip as well as decoration. Trade mark and makers name on the base for Birmingham silversmiths S.J. Levi & Co.
