Large Silver Plated Cocktail Shaker

A larger size, three-piece, cocktail shaker in plain finish polished silver plate, circa 1940. Marked on the base with English maker Mappin and Webb and the volume it will hold, 1½ Pints. Made from a decent gauge of silver plate so it is nice and sturdy.

The three-piece shaker is the quintessential design, with a base section, top and cap. The top contains an integral strainer.

Dimensions: 9 cm/3½ inches (max. diameter) x 27 cm/10⅝ inches (height).
