Fine hand blown glass decanter with pinched sections so columns are formed at the corners and through the centre. Silver collar with hallmark for London 1901 and makers mark for Hukin and Heath. Using the same type of glass as match strikers, for the decorative effect it provides. This is a larger size decanter with a capacity of around two bottles.
Dimensions: 30 cm/11⅞ inches (height with stopper) x 11.25cm/4½ inches (width) x 11.25cm/4½ inches (depth).
The shape of this decanter is particularly popular in Denmark where it is known as a 'Kluk Kluk'. This is due to the noise it makes when pouring.
