Large silver flask, by James Dixon & Sons, hallmarked Sheffield 1936. The body of the flask is topped with a cork lined stopper that is on a hinged bayonet closer.The flask is curved in shape, designed so it would not spoil the line of any coat when placed in the pocket. The flat base of the flask is stamped with its volume, which is 1¼ pints!
Dimensions: 19 cm/7½ inches (height) x 11.25 cm/4⅜ inches (width) x 3.75 cm/1½ inches (thick).
